This application allows citizens to submit medical expense reimbursement requests online, with direct integration into the internal systems of IASAÚDE, IP-RAM, ensuring: Full digitisation of processes Automated reimbursement calculations Secure integration with administrative systems Real-time notifications for users With over 9,000 downloads in the first weeks and continuously growing, along with thousands of reimbursements submitted digitally, the success of the IASAÚDE APP reinforces what we have always believed: A great digital experience is built on a solid technological foundation, developed with precision and deep functional domain knowledge. From Banking to Citizens While we continue our mission to create the most flexible and scalable digital banking platform on the market, we also celebrate this solid step into the realm of public digital services. Our accumulated experience in developing digital channels and implementing complex integrations in banking institutions worldwide has equipped us with unique know-how — highly applicable to digital transformation projects in the public sector. We were honored to welcome Bernardo Pinho, the esteemed delegate of AICEP Portugal Global in Hong Kong and Macau, to NEARSOFT during his participation in the BEYOND Expo 2024. Bernardo Pinho visit was a testament to the growing collaboration between Portugal and the dynamic tech hubs of Hong Kong and Macau. It was an incredible experience for Pedro Camacho, CEO of NEARSOFT, to visit LeapFive Technology in Zhuhai, China, and explore their pioneering advancements in industrial IoT solutions. The highlight of the visit was meeting the visionary Aglaia Kong in person, who is currently CEO and CTO of LeapFive Technology Ltd.Aglaia Kong's illustrious career, including her impactful roles as former CTO of Google, Cisco, and Symantec, and her remarkable contributions to GPS and IoT technologies, have been a source of inspiration for many. Her commitment to technological innovation and industrial safety is truly commendable.This year, Aglaia Kong was honored with the titles of “Hengqin Ambassador” and “Hengqin Spokesperson,” recognizing her role in speaking for Hengqin and showcasing its new developments.The visit to LeapFive included fascinating demonstrations of their cutting-edge robotics and AI solutions, showcasing the potential future of smart technology and automation.
