During your 12-month professional internship, you will have the opportunity to strengthen the Project Management, Human Resources, Finance and Communications teams, on a full-time basis, at our premises in Funchal. 


You want to be part of our team and you have:

• Higher education in Management, Human Resources, Communication, or similar;
• Interest in international projects, innovation and entrepreneurship;
• Autonomous and advanced command and use of Microsoft Office tools, and an appetite for other digital tools;
• Good communication skills (oral and written);
• Ease of communication in English;
• Interest in and love of technology.
• Interest in joining the Project Management, Human Resources, Finance and Communications teams;
• Eligible for Professional Internship (IEM).

Project Management:

• Personalized follow-up with clients after projects have been completed, identifying their technical needs;
• Ensuring excellent customer service, guaranteeing the successful implementation of projects and products;
• Developing and presenting customized technical solutions that meet clients' needs;
• Supporting consultancy processes and functional analysis of technological projects;
• Supporting the Project Management Team during the development of ongoing projects.

Human Resources:

• Support in publishing job vacancies on the various platforms,
• Support in screening CVs;
• Support in conducting interviews and coordinating the selection process.
• Support in planning and carrying out an integration program for new employees.
• Support in identifying employees' training and development needs;
• Support in organizing training sessions;
• Support in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.
• Support in analyzing data to make strategic HR decisions;

 Finance:

• Analysis of financial transactions for sales of products or services, including information such as date of sale, customer, payment methods, etc;
• Analysis of the financial transactions of purchases made for the company, specifically the supplier, date of purchase, etc;
• Analysis of the financial transactions of the company's operating expenses;
• Analysis of the financial transactions of the revenues obtained by the company, through sales, among others;
• Support in financial analysis: Preparation of documentation with financial data to assess the company's performance, and identify areas in need of improvement.

 

Communication & Brand:

• Creation and editing of content for internal and external communication, including texts, articles, social media posts and newsletters;
• Management of the company's social media accounts, including the creation and scheduling of posts;
• Planning and implementing communication and marketing campaigns;
• Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance, adjusting strategies as necessary.
