Job Description

We are expanding our consulting team with a Project Manager who goes beyond simply managing tasks. We're looking for someone who challenges processes, proposes new approaches, and uses data and technology to make smarter decisions.

What We're Looking For

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role (preferred)
Technical Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and openness to adopting other digital tools
  • Experience with, or a genuine interest in, AI tools and their practical application in a professional environment
  • Strong interest in data analysis, with the ability to work comfortably with dashboards, project metrics, KPIs, and critically interpret reports using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Portuguese and English

What You'll Do

  • Support clients throughout all project phases — before, during, and after implementation — identifying technical needs and improvement opportunities
  • Ensure the successful implementation of projects and products, focusing on quality and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and present tailored technical solutions based on data insights and each client's specific context
  • Leverage AI and data analysis tools to optimize processes, anticipate risks, and improve decision-making
  • Support the consulting team with the functional analysis of technology projects
  • Collaborate closely with the project management team throughout the entire development lifecycle
